From the moment I first spoke to Sax & Kristina I fell a bit in love with them, after all they were looking for a fine art wedding photographer and they knew exactly the look of photography they desired.
Both originally from England and well travelled, had visited many venues even over seas such a Lake Como and Provence. But upon stumbling upon Euridge Manor also known as the The Lost Orangery their dream had come true.

“we wanted somewhere that didn’t need much decor, and the The Lost Orangery was magical enough on its own” said Kristina. Accordingly, they focused solely on flowers to enhance the interior spaces, with arrangements of wildflowers blooms in peachy tones, along with plenty of herbs and foliage. The couple used lighting to create a romantic mood, with candle light as far as the eye could see.
Their celebrations didn’t begin in Wiltshire, however: the two families came together in Manchester first for a Mehndi bridal ceremony, an Islamic wedding tradition that involves creating intricate patterns on the brides hands and feet with henna.
On the big day, the couple had 2 ceremonies. First a Nikah – a blessing from an Islamic priest, followed by an intimate afternoon tea in the Orangery itself and after a western ceremony.
After the first ceremony the bride Kristina swapped her traditional outfit for a cut away back, Pronovias gown, while Sax changed into a Tom Ford tux, for a civil ceremony by the enchanting lake while guests cascaded down the steps either side of the lake to witness them exchanging vows.
They celebrated their newlywed status with bespoke cocktails on the stunning lawn and then Kristina changed into a stunning red gown, ahead of the feast of Asian-fusion dishes and a party to remember.
